Things to know about Mrs. Laue's class

Textbook:

Science Explorer: Physical Science - by Prentice Hall

Materials needs for class:

Each day you must have your book, paper, folder, planner, pencil, note cards, and any assigned homework. Throughout the school year we will use a calculator.

Students will earn points each week for completing and keeping their work in a folder. Folders are checked on Fridays.

Homework:

Homework is assigned two to three times per week. I collect homework the next day at the beginning of the period. Late work may be turned in by 3:00 pm on the due date with a 10% penalty. Work can still be turned in the next morning before 2nd period for half credit.

Mrs. Laue's Always List:

1.     Always do your homework - it is your practice and preparation for a test.

2.     Always need note cards in class.

3.     YES, you always need your book.

4.     YES, you always have to write out the questions.

**Interesting fact about Mrs. L  - my favorite words are meniscus and viscosity!!
